It is difficult to imagine anything more delightful or evocative than holding a private party at a real palace with a history dating back to 1765, and a palace once inhabited by the royal family into the bargain.No matter whether it is a reception, a confirmation, a birthday, a romantic wedding or some other festive occasion – everybody will get something very special out of these beautiful surroundings.

We hold private parties in the attractive Garden Room, the palace’s oval room on the ground floor. It contains two original marble fireplaces and a fantastic light enters the room through the decorative garden door leading to Bernstorff Palace Garden.

The room has a magnificent gilded ceiling, large mirrors and a beautiful chandelier. The Garden Room holds up to 45 people at round tables, and 22 people can sit at the imposing oval table. Or the magnificent White Room can be used with its delightful gold-framed panels and doors and fantastic overdoors. The ceiling and the chandelier here are well worth an admiring glance.

The White Room seats up to 53 people at round tables. Coffee can be enjoyed in the attractive rooms adjacent to it.

The imposing Palace Restaurant with room for 150 people at tables seating six – divided into four rooms with free access between them – is a wonderful setting for a magnificent festive occasion.

The rooms in the Palace Restaurant all have beautiful vaulted ceilings that create a very special atmosphere.

Welcoming drinks and coffee can be served in the upstairs rooms or in our rooms on the first floor, in the unique, oval room, Prince Valdemar, for instance.Finally, private parties can be held in Kavelergården in Auditoriums 1 and 2. Our most spacious room seats up to 110 people at round tables.
